Conley Hilliard

Conley Hilliard is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in economic development and industry recruitment. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Dewberry since July 2015, Conley focuses on enhancing land planning and development services in the Carolinas. Prior to this role, Conley worked as a Senior Economic Developer at ElectriCities of NC, assisting 51 associated cities with their economic development initiatives. With a tenure at the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Conley held positions as a National Developer and Retention and Expansion Specialist, where responsibilities included recruiting new industries, facilitating site visits, and promoting the growth of established businesses.
