Elaine Browning

Elaine Browning, CSP, CHST, serves as the Regional Health, Safety, and Environment Manager at Dewberry since January 2022, leading the implementation of corporate safety programs for over 800 employees across nine states. With prior experience as a Senior Safety Coordinator at Holder Construction and Corporate Environmental Health, Safety, and Security Manager at Resource Environmental Solutions LLC, Elaine has a proven track record in managing safety operations, fostering positive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Elaine is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management at Eastern Kentucky University, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from the same institution.
