Louis Mammolette

Louis (Lou) Mammolette, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in water market segment management and public works projects. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Department Manager at Dewberry, Louis has previously held significant roles such as DPW Commissioner/City Engineer and Deputy DPW Commissioner/City Engineer at Chelsea DPW, where responsibilities included managing CSO control coordination and hydraulic modeling. Louis also served as General Manager of the Georgetown Water Department, overseeing operations of a seven-person team. Prior experience includes leadership positions at various engineering firms, where project management spanned municipal public works, wastewater and water treatment projects, and cost estimation. Louis holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
