Kristy Gephart

Kristy G. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas and EMEA at Dexcom since February 2018. Prior roles at Dexcom include Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Operations, and Talent Acquisition Manager for Manufacturing and Operations. Previously, Kristy held various leadership positions at Merz Aesthetics from September 2013 to March 2017, including Director of Workforce Planning, Recruiting, and Integration. Additionally, Kristy worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, teaching Critical and Creative Thinking from January 2007 to April 2013, and had a tenure at CR Bard from November 2005 to 2013 in roles such as Capital Systems & Services Operations Manager. Kristy holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Management/Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.
