Michelle M. Tressler

Michelle M. Tressler, PhD, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and commercial strategy within the healthcare sector. As Vice President of Strategic Planning and Dexcom Labs at Dexcom since June 2019, Michelle Tressler leads initiatives aimed at new market development. Prior to this role, Michelle Tressler served as Corporate Vice President at Scripps Health for 18 years, managing strategic planning, corporate development, and data analytics. Earlier positions include Senior Research Analyst/Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where contributions focused on performance improvement and organizational development, and academic roles as an adjunct faculty instructor at both the University of Phoenix and Graduate School USDA. Michelle Tressler holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from United States International University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
