Rūta Ivanauskienė

Rūta Ivanauskienė is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources and talent acquisition functions across various regions. Currently serving as the Head of HR for South Europe and the Middle East at Dexcom since January 2021, Rūta has previously held leadership roles at Yara International and Western Union, where responsibilities included overall HR management and talent acquisition strategy implementation. Rūta's tenure at AIG involved overseeing the transition of over 300 roles to a shared services center, while earlier roles included talent acquisition management across multiple European regions. Rūta holds a Master's degree in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
