Gaurav Gupta has extensive experience in the field of technical recruitment. Gaurav has worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at DISYS, where they collaborated with onshore recruiters and account executives. Gaurav attended calls with the director of recruitment, sales director, and VP of recruiting and sales. Gaurav also participated in client introduction and strategy build-up calls. Prior to DISYS, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Adroit Resources, Inc., where they handled the entire recruitment process for direct client and W2 contract requirements. Gaurav has also held roles as a Technical Recruiter at Nityo Infotech and Ventures Unlimited Inc - VUI Consulting, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and utilized Boolean search. Additionally, they have worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Pacific IT Consulting Ltd., specializing in matching profiles according to requirements and conducting initial screenings.

Gaurav Gupta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from CSJM University in Kanpur, India, from 2007 to 2010. Gaurav then pursued a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) with a specialization in HR (Human Resources) and Marketing from JIM (Jaggi Institute of Management) in Kanpur, from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired additional certifications in Digital Marketing Fundamentals from IIDE (Indian Institute of Digital Education) in April 2022 and Google Digital Unlocked from Google in April 2020.
