Previously, Lydia was the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development at Signature Consultants, contributing to the company being recognized as a top staffing firm in the United States. With extensive experience at Pontoon Solutions as EVP Global Program Management and SVP Global Business Development, Lydia has a strong background in HR outsourcing and contingent workforce management. Lydia's career also includes roles such as Executive Vice President at WorkforceLogic and Vice President of Operations at Remedy Intelligent Staffing, alongside a foundational role as Senior Vice President at Adecco. Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Whitman College.
