Prabhjot Kaur

Prabhjot Kaur has a total of three work experiences. Prabhjot started their career as an HR Intern at Air India Limited in June 2018, where they managed welfare department work and conducted a project on the psychological climate's impact on job satisfaction and job involvement. In 2019, they joined Artech Information Systems as an Associate Recruiter, supporting top semiconductor and aerospace clients and using various sourcing portals. Prabhjot joined DISYS in August 2020 as a Technical Recruiter and has progressed to Senior Technical Recruiter and eventually Lead Technical Recruiter.

Prabhjot Kaur (She/Her) pursued their education at Kurukshetra University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they enrolled at Lovely Professional University from 2020 to 2022 to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
