Alina Katkova

Alina Katkova is an experienced IT Human Resources professional currently serving as an IT Human Resources Generalist at Okko since March 2022, where responsibilities include full-cycle IT recruiting, employee adaptation, conducting interviews, and recruitment analytics. Prior to this role, Alina spent nearly three years at MTS Group as an IT Recruiter, handling the complete recruitment process, coordinating interviews, mentoring, and maintaining candidate databases while forming long-term relationships with stakeholders. Alina has successfully hired specialists across various IT roles, including back-end and front-end developers, analysts, UX/UI designers, and engineers. Alina is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management at MTI, expected to complete in March 2023.
