Anamika Kumpawat

Anamika Kumpawat is an experienced Global Recruiter and Sr. Specialist at TechnoServe since October 2020, overseeing full-cycle recruitment for various positions and coordinating international recruiting efforts. Previously, Anamika worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pact, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for domestic and international positions and serving as a system administrator for iCIMS. Anamika began the career journey as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and intern at Pact, contributing to the development and streamlining of recruitment processes. Early experiences included research and communication roles with FXB India Suraksha and political campaigns, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master’s Degree in Social Enterprise from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Arizona State University.
