Jesica Thavarajah

Jesica Thavarajah, CFCM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract and grants management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts and Grants Manager/Training Advisor at Dexis Consulting Group since November 2023, Jesica has held multiple senior roles including Senior Contracts Manager at EnCompass LLC and Senior Contracts and Grants Manager at US Pharmacopeia. Previous positions include senior management and advisory roles at the Digital Impact Alliance, and contracts management at Engility Corporation and International Resources Group, where Jesica demonstrated expertise in compliance, negotiation, and financial auditing.
