Lejnar Mitrojorgji

Lejnar Mitrojorgji, Ph.D. is currently an DoD AM&E Analyst at Dexis Consulting Group, where Lejnar leads the design and implementation of assessments and evaluations for the Global Assessment, Monitoring & Evaluation Program (EUCOM). Prior to that, Lejnar worked as a Technical Advisor at i-APS, a Senior Assessment Officer at IMPACT Initiatives, and as a Context Monitoring & Atmospherics Advisor at Management Systems International. Lejnar has a strong background in research, analysis, and teaching, with experience at organizations such as iMMAP, University of Maryland, and CoStar Group. Lejnar holds a Ph.D. in Political and Military History from the University of Maryland.
