Rolando Garcia

Rolando Garcia is an IT Specialist at Dexis Consulting Group since February 2023, focusing on migration-related public policy projects in Guatemala. Concurrently, Rolando serves as a lecturer at Universidad Panamericana - Guatemala since January 2019.
