Krzysztof Kawalec

Krzysztof Kawalec is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in software development and team management. Since July 2008, Krzysztof has served as the Head of IT and CTO at Ideo Sp. z o.o., overseeing a large team of over 170 individuals in software development and DevOps, while focusing on development strategy analysis, planning, and execution. Prior to this role, Krzysztof was a Senior Software Engineer and Team Leader, responsible for team building and software specification preparation. From October 2001 to June 2008, Krzysztof worked at Kapitał Plus as a Designer and Software Engineer, where duties included designing and supervising the LOGITO electronic document workflow system and overseeing the development of the Edito CMS system. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree in Administration and Management from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania, specializing in the administration of networks and systems.
