Vishnu Vardhan Pully, PhD, MBA has a diverse work experience in various leading companies and organizations. Vishnu Vardhan began their career as a Program Analyst and Software Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Vishnu Vardhan then joined the University of Twente as a Research Scientist, where they focused on achieving a breakthrough in the bone healing process. Following this, they worked at Philips Benelux, where they held the roles of Manager of Strategy and Business Development and Research Scientist/Team Lead. During their time at Philips Health Systems North America, Vishnu served as a Senior Manager in both Strategy & New Business Development and New Product Development & Strategic Alliances. In their most recent position at DEXIS, they served as the Director of Innovation & Technology, spearheading the company's digital transformation efforts in dental radiology imaging devices. Throughout their career, Vishnu has demonstrated an aptitude for leading and managing cross-functional teams, driving innovation strategies, and developing partnerships to address customer needs and drive business growth.

Vishnu Vardhan Pully, PhD, MBA completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras in 2002. Vishnu Vardhan then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Biomedical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005. Vishnu Vardhan furthered their education by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biophysical/Biomedical Engineering from the University of Twente from 2006 to 2010.

In 2012, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy, Business Development, and Leadership. In 2023 and 2024, they participated in the Executive Program in Digital Strategy and Leadership at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
