Irene possesses extensive experience in technical documentation and content development, having held managerial and leadership positions across multiple organizations. At Grab, Irene served as Manager of Documentation (Technical Learning), focusing on enhancing engineers' technical writing skills through structured workshops and the development of e-learning resources. Prior roles include Lead Technical Content Developer and Lead Technical Writer at NextLabs, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing technical publication workloads, editing content, and improving documentation quality. As Chief Information Architect at Yokogawa, Irene evaluated technologies for technical publications, addressed user experience issues, and oversaw the global implementation of an XML-based publishing system.
