Aaron Gehlken has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron began their career as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Air Force, serving for twelve years. Following their military service, they worked as the Corporate Security Program Manager at Idaho Power Company and then as the President and CEO of Factor Security & Continuity, LLC, where they provided consultancy services in security management and business continuity.

In 2013, Aaron joined First National Capital Corporation as the Private Equity Regional Manager, specializing in equipment finance transactions for mid-market companies. Aaron then moved on to Nations Equipment Finance as Vice President of Sales, focusing on equipment-based term loans and leases for middle market companies in the US and Canada.

Aaron's experience in the equipment finance industry continued at LaSalle Solutions, where they worked as a Regional Account Manager. Aaron was responsible for funding leases, designing custom finance programs, and building strong customer relationships.

In 2016, Aaron transitioned to Wintrust Commercial Finance as an Assistant Vice President, where they provided equipment finance and leasing solutions for all types of assets in the middle market.

Most recently, Aaron joined Dext Capital as the Vice President of Direct Sales. Dext Capital is an independent equipment finance company that has grown significantly and built a portfolio of over $1 billion. As a true direct lender, Aaron is responsible for driving sales and contributing to the company's continued success.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated strong leadership, a focus on customer needs, and a commitment to delivering value.

Aaron Gehlken's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and Government / Middle East Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Aaron also attended the USAF Intelligence Officer School for Military Intelligence and Analysis. In addition, they studied Persian-Farsi at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Aaron obtained a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Theology from the Great Plains School of Divinity and a Bachelor of Divinity (BDiv) degree in Theology from the Treasure Valley Bible Institute.
