James Bayliss has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. James began their career as a Consultant at ZS Associates in 1996 and then worked as a Senior Consultant at ZenithOptimedia (Ninah Consulting) between 2000 and 2005. During this time, James applied analytical techniques to measure marketing effectiveness and provided recommendations for growth strategies.

In 2005, James joined Accenture as a Manager in the marketing transformation practice. James led business consulting projects, specializing in customer experience transformation, customer analytics, and solution-based selling. James worked across various industries, with a particular focus on telecommunications.

From 2011 to 2017, James worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in the Performance Improvement Advisory Services division. James led projects and teams in strategy, sales and marketing, analytics, and innovation.

Starting in 2017, James served as the VP and Managing Director Europe at Marketing Evolution, where they launched their marketing measurement and optimization solution in European and international markets. James had overall responsibility for sales, marketing, partnerships, product, operations, and recruitment.

Currently, since 2020, James holds the position of VP Commercial Strategy and Pricing at Dext.

James Bayliss obtained a MA degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge, where they attended from 1993 to 1996.
