Jenefar Ragland

Jenefar Ragland currently serves as Project Quality Manager at Dextara Digital since November 2021, following a distinguished career at Virtusa from 2005 to November 2021, where Jenefar progressed through various roles including Manager, Senior QA Lead, QA Lead, Senior QA Engineer, and QA Engineer. In current responsibilities, Jenefar manages and mentors a team of over 15 members, oversees business requirements, and ensures adherence to quality standards while developing best practices and standard operating procedures aimed at achieving organizational excellence. Jenefar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from PTR College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2005.
