Jim Clemons

Jim Clemons is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As Division Controller at Dexter since November 2018, Jim collaborates with executives to drive strategic initiatives and oversees operational accounting, budgeting, and financial planning. Previously, as Corporate Controller at Revision Skincare®, Jim championed process improvements, while at Novaria Group, Jim served as CFO and Corporate Controller, successfully expanding the company’s acquisitions. Jim held finance leadership positions at Cressman Tubular Products Corporation, Tatum, Safety-Kleen, and Pavestone Company, where noteworthy contributions included strategic planning and navigating financial challenges during market downturns. Jim began a career in finance after earning an MBA in Executive Management from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School.
