Vanessa Restrepo Uribe is currently a Customer Success Manager at Dexter Energy Services. Vanessa has previous experience as a Senior Tech Advisor (Product Management) at EY and Customer Success Manager at Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management.

At EY, Vanessa was responsible for the technical oversight of large projects to support top-tier banks from the UK in matters related to KYC, remediation and compliance. Vanessa was also in charge of the coordination of the whole product life cycle of the EY workflow tool from translation of business requirements into technical specifications, to the deployment and maintenance.

In addition, Vanessa was responsible for the standardization and continuous development of the Technology’s team methodology, which was the foundation of the application life cycle. Vanessa made sure all the standards were in place and were followed in each project. Vanessa also kept informed about technologies and approaches -like continuous integration- to make sure the methodology was always up to date.

At Visualfabriq, Vanessa is responsible for preparing and presenting demos of the EY Workflow tool to our prospective clients. Vanessa is also responsible for the preparation of proposals for prospective clients, making sure all the requirements listed in the RFI or RFP are clear by checking them against the tool’s features and possibilities. Vanessa is also in charge of preparing and hosting workshops for colleagues and (prospective) clients. These workshops could be technical or focused on key features depending on the audience.

Vanessa Restrepo Uribe has a Master of Science in Business Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor degree in Information Systems Administration from National University of Colombia.
