Carrie Conlon

Carrie Conlon, CHRL has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Carrie'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Director at Dexterra Group since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Woodbridge from June 2017 to December 2021, where they held the role of Director of Human Resources Operations. In this role, they were responsible for all HR matters within the regional operations across over 50 global locations. Carrie's previous roles include Global HR Director at The Woodbridge Group from December 2011 to 2017, Vice President of Human Resources at Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. from December 2009 to December 2011, and various HR positions at InBev (Labatt) from 2000 to 2008. Carrie also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at InBev Korea from 2002 to 2005. Carrie's early career includes Manager and Director-level roles at Labatt Breweries and Labatt Breweries of Canada from 1995 to 2000. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in strategy development, talent management, recruitment, and labor relations.

Carrie Conlon, CHRL, holds a BSc in Psychology Specialist from the University of Toronto Mississauga. Carrie also attended Kipling Collegiate Institute. Additionally, they obtained a CHRL certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
