As CHRO, Cindy is focused on empowering our 5000+ employees to achieve the company’s strategy through the talents and skills required to accomplish our work, and together with them, creating a culture that attracts and inspires passionate people.

By advocating for a powered by people-first agenda, Cindy has designed an HR operating model where HR team members are ‘all in’ for their client’s success. HR translates the values and expectations of the company through memorable messaging, communications, and compelling programs. It is through passionate, equipped, and enabled leaders that we are transforming our culture into a high-performance, diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can learn, contribute and grow their career with us.

Cindy has developed her depth and broad scope of Human Resources knowledge and expertise through increasingly senior roles both in the public and private sectors within the Finance, Healthcare and Services industry verticals. She has run large operational functions, served on community boards, and as a provincial collective bargaining team member with the Ontario Hospital Association; Cindy is also an active contributor with her regulated HR professional association.

Cindy is a certified HR professional, holding the CHRP, CHRL, and CHRE designations. She is a published contributor to multiple Human Resources media outlets and community publications. Cindy holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Guelph and is a graduate of the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto.
