Steven Holly has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the culinary industry. Steven began their career as a Branch Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2005 and later worked as a Multi Unit Manager at Blockbuster Canada. In 2012, they joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as a Chef de Partie before moving on to Bistro Moncur as a Chef De Partie. Steven then worked in several positions including Chef at Fairmont Pacific Rim and Chef at Rocky Mountaineer. In 2016, Steven became a Food Service Manager at LandSea Camp Services before transitioning to roles such as Director of Operations and Executive Chef at TRIUMPH Hospitality Group. Steven then served as the Assistant Director of Food And Beverage at Northlands before their most recent role as the Director of Culinary Operations WAFES at Dexterra Group. Overall, Steven has demonstrated expertise in menu development, supplier negotiations, operational support, and new store openings within the culinary industry.

Steven Holly, CCC has a Diploma de cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Sydney Australia. Steven also holds a Diploma in Business Management from Martech College. Additionally, they have obtained certification in LDR Performance Management Training from LDR Leadership.
