Suraj Kumar

Suraj Kumar has extensive work experience in various industries. Suraj started their career as a Production Manager at Tata Motors in 2003. Suraj later worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, they joined Dun & Bradstreet India as a Management Consultant, where they executed projects in various sectors and was responsible for market research, financial modeling, and business development. Suraj then worked as an Assistant Manager - Management Consulting at PKF International from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Finance at Deyaar Development PJSC, where they are involved in business strategy, financial performance assessment, and investment appraisal.

Suraj Kumar completed their B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1999 to 2003. In 2008, they pursued an MBA in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 2010. During their MBA, Suraj also cleared the CFA Level 1 exam from the CFA Institute in June 2009. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification in IFRS from ACCA. Prior to their engineering degree, Suraj attended Delhi Public School in Bokaro Steel City from 1997 to 1999 and Oak Grove School in Mussoorie from 1989 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Suraj received a Career Counsellor Certificate from CareerGuide.Com in February 2023 and a certificate in "Neuroscience for Parents: How to raise amazing kids" from Udemy in August 2023.
