Pola Schneemelcher

Pola Schneemelcher is currently serving as the Project Lead and Head of Development at Dezernat Zukunft. Prior to this role, Pola was a Policy Advisor at the Deutscher Bundestag and a Consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Schneemelcher holds a Master of Public Policy from Hertie School of Governance and has a background in European Studies and Public Administration.
