Neil Mendonca

Neil Mendonca has a diverse work experience in customer success and aviation. Neil currently works at Dezerv as the Head of Customer Success, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Manager - Digital Governance at Dezerv starting in October 2022. Neil has also worked as a Customer Success professional at Dezerv from August 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Dezerv, Neil worked at Swiss International Air Lines as a Quality Ambassador from August 2019 to August 2021. Neil also served as a Foreign Cabin Crew Member and Check Crew at Swiss International Air Lines from April 2014 to August 2021. Neil began their career at Jet Airways as a Cabin Crew Incharge from April 2005 to April 2014.

Neil Mendonca completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Mumbai University in Mumbai.
