Joshua Ellis

Joshua Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Joshua began their career at Bibby Financial Services in 2011 as a Business Intern, where they gained knowledge in financial systems and office management. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at McDonald's Corporation as a Crew Trainer, actively managing and leading teams while also delivering excellent customer service. Joshua then joined MBNA in 2017 as a Customer Service Advisor. Following this, they worked at DF Capital, starting as an Operations Assistant in 2018 and progressing through roles such as System Support Analyst, Business Analyst, Retail Manager, and Application Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Business Application Manager at DF Capital as of January 2022.

Joshua Ellis attended Elfed High School from 2007 to 2013 and obtained their high school degree. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Financial Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 2014 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Joshua obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from DF Capital in May 2023. Joshua also acquired certifications in Business Analysis Foundations and Holding Your Team Accountable from LinkedIn in June 2022.
