Frank Groome is an experienced diplomat currently serving as the Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Ireland in The Netherlands since 2017, while also holding the position of Deputy Director in the Disarmament & Non-Proliferation Unit. Prior to this role, Frank Groome worked as an Energy and Climate Advisor at the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment from 2015 to 2017. Frank Groome holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from King's College London and a Ph.D. from University College Dublin.
