Amina Khainza

Amina Khainza is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in operational risk management, quality assurance, and governance. Currently serving as an Operational Risk Manager at dfcu Bank since October 2022, Amina previously held roles at Barclays and Absa Bank Uganda, where responsibilities included executing business unit reviews to manage significant risks, issuing quality audit reports, and compiling review findings. Amina's career began as a Cashier at Victoria Forex Bureau and progressed through various positions in risk compliance and internal control, highlighting a solid foundation in finance and management with an MBA in Finance from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management from Makerere University.
