Busuulwa Jonathan Lloyd has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience spanning over 14 years. Busuulwa started their career at Centenary Bank, where they held various roles including Branch Supervisor and Banking Officer. From there, they moved on to Opportunity Bank, Uganda, where they served as the Branch Operations Manager.
Busuulwa then joined Centenary Bank again, this time as a Regional Supervisor for Banking Operations. During this time, they received recognition for the outstanding performance of the branches under their supervision. Busuulwa was also selected as a committee member for the Bank Evaluation Committee for the New Core Banking System.
After their tenure at Centenary Bank, Busuulwa joined Equity Bank Uganda Ltd as the Manager of Agency & Linkage Banking. Busuulwa developed a strategic rollout plan for agency banking during their time there.
Busuulwa then moved on to KCB Bank Group, where they served as the Manager of Agency Banking - Uganda. In this role, they successfully implemented the bank's agency banking strategy, including the rollout of a merchant acquiring business.
Currently, Busuulwa is working at dfcu Bank as the Head of Alternative Channels. Their responsibilities include overseeing various innovative projects aimed at enhancing the bank's services and empowering customers.

Busuulwa Jonathan Lloyd has a diverse education history. Busuulwa started their academic journey at Namilyango College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained their Uganda Certificate of Education. Busuulwa then continued their studies at Gombe Secondary School from 1999 to 2000, earning their Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education with a focus on Physics, Economics, and Mathematics.
Subsequently, Busuulwa enrolled at Makerere University from 2001 to 2004, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics. During their time at Makerere University, they gained expertise in the field and broadened their understanding of economic analysis.
