Darius Yakimchuk

Darius Yakimchuk is an experienced engineering professional, currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Mechanical Engineering Department at DFI since March 2022. Prior to this role, Darius held various prominent positions, including Global Product Line Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at Weatherford from January 2010 to March 2020, as well as Engineering Manager at McCoy Corporation from August 2008 to January 2010. Darius also founded and led AVIDAERO Consulting Ltd as CEO and Director of Engineering, specializing in aerospace engineering including aircraft repairs and modifications from January 2005 to January 2010. Additional engineering experience includes roles at L-3 Communications, Bombardier Aerospace, Boeing, and IMP Aerospace, contributing to a diverse and extensive career in the aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors.
