Elaine Lim Hui Yee

Elaine Lim Hui Yee is an experienced professional in product technology and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Group Head of Product Technology (Health & Beauty) and Regulatory Affairs (Non Food) at DFI Retail Group since July 2021. Previously, Elaine held the position of Category Manager at Guardian Malaysia from June 2019 to July 2021. Elaine's career also includes significant roles at The Dairy Farm Group as a QA Controller and QA Manager from May 2012 to June 2019, and as a Technical Manager at Tesco from November 2010 to April 2012. Elaine began the professional journey as an R & D Chemist at Bodibasixs Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, with tenure from December 2008 to October 2010. Educationally, Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Monash University Malaysia, completed between 2006 and 2009, and a South Australian Matriculation from Taylor's College in 2005.
