Heron Lam

Heron Lam currently serves as a People & Culture Senior Associate at DFI Retail Group, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Heron was a People & Culture Officer focusing on Group Talent Acquisition and also served as an Assistant People & Culture Officer for Early Careers at Jardine Matheson from January 2023 to September 2025. Additionally, Heron contributed as a MINDSET Ambassador for MINDSET Hong Kong | The Jardine Matheson Group Charity between July 2023 and August 2025. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at L’OCCITANE Group from June 2022 to December 2022. Heron Lam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from HKBU School of Business, completed in January 2023, with further education at the University of Oulu in 2022.
