Karen Wong

Karen Wong is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Assistant Marketing Manager for CRM at DFI Retail Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the yuu Rewards program. Previously, Karen held the role of Senior CRM Executive at the same company and worked as a Marketing Executive at Vinda Paper Industrial (HK) Co Limited, focusing on 360 marketing campaigns and customer relationship management. Karen has also contributed to L’OCCITANE Group as a Marketing Assistant and intern, where duties involved marketing strategy planning, customer engagement, and coordinating product launches. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, complemented by a semester exchange at American University in Business and Social Skills.
