Nikki Yap

Nikki Yap is an accomplished Commercial Manager at DFI Retail Group, specializing in managing the Bakery range and product strategies across premium and hyper stores in Malaysia and Singapore since October 2021. Previously, Nikki served as a Category Manager at GCH Retail, where responsibilities included expanding ready-to-eat meal strategies and leading the house brand fast food chain, “Uncle Jack” Fried Chicken. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at AEON CO. (M) BHD., first as Merchandising Manager for the Delica food department, focusing on product freshness and profit margins, and then managing the AEON MEMBER marketing program for loyalty initiatives. Early career experience at MINES Exhibition Sdn Bhd involved sales and project management for exhibitions. Nikki holds an Executive MBA in Retailing Management from Open University Malaysia and a Diploma in Multimedia Management from University Putra Malaysia - MTDC Multimedia Academy.
