Xin Xing is a highly experienced digital product leader with a strong background in e-commerce and technology. Currently serving as Group Digital Product Director at DFI Retail Group since January 2025, Xin previously held the position of Product Director at JD.COM, where responsibilities included overseeing the product development of various e-commerce platforms. Prior experience includes Product Director roles at Alibaba Group, focusing on CRM and B2B platforms, and as Principal Product Manager at qunar.com, managing key transaction and marketing systems. Xin's career commenced as a Senior Software Engineer at Flextronics, and an educational foundation was established with a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Information System and Management from the University of International Business and Economics.
