Anna Katharina Hebborn

Anna Katharina Hebborn is a Researcher at the Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anna served as an Augmented Reality Software Engineer at makerist from June 2021 to October 2022, focusing on the development of an innovative augmented reality app for transferring sewing patterns onto fabrics. Anna's earlier experience includes a position as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Universität Koblenz-Landau from September 2013 to December 2021, where research concentrated on Augmented Reality, specifically image-based tracking and rendering, alongside teaching in the fields of computer visualization and computer graphics. Anna Katharina Hebborn completed a Ph.D. in Computervisualistik and holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Koblenz and Landau, attained between 2008 and 2013.
