Martina Montinaro

Martina Montinaro currently holds various roles in the field of innovation, sustainability, and research and development. Martina has experience in managing open innovation projects, technology transfer, ecological transition, and growth strategy definition. Martina also has a background in physics and nanoscience, holding a PhD and a master's degree from Università del Salento. Martina is currently serving as a lecturer at the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability and as a manager at Women On Board, focusing on promoting women's access to leadership positions in both public and private organizations.
