Nikhil M Varghese

Nikhil M Varghese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, environmental policy, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at DGA Group since July 2023, Nikhil previously held the role of Green Skills Program Manager at INCO, where responsibilities included managing global green skills training and developing partnerships across APAC, Europe, and Africa. Nikhil has also contributed to eolos as a Circular Economy Consultant, leading initiatives in regulatory monitoring, eco-design, and sustainable packaging policies, and analyzing environmental impacts for various clients. Significant experience includes work as a Junior Policy Analyst at OECD, a Strategy and Public Policy Analyst at PAPREC, and a Project Associate at the Quality Council of India. Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
