Mette Thau Bendstrup has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mette started their career at Aviator Airport Alliance Europe AB in 2006 as a Passenger Assistant, where they were responsible for check-in, passport compliance, and boarding. In 2007, they took on the roles of Loadplanner & Gate Coordinator/Dispatch, handling aircraft operations and coordinating turnarounds. In 2010, they became a Planner, responsible for roster preparation and employee education. Mette then progressed to Duty Manager, Operations, overseeing employee development, recruitment, and service delivery. From 2015 to 2016, they served as an Area Manager in charge of the Operations Department and approximately 45 employees. In 2016, they joined DGI Byen as the Head of Department for Vandkulturhuset. Later, they became the Head of Sport and eventually the Head of CX and Sport in 2023.
