Roberta Firat is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer service, translation, and interpreting. Currently serving as the Reception Relationship Manager at DGI Byen since February 2023, Roberta actively manages reception team operations, conference bookings, and communication between operational teams and guests. With a strong background in language services, Roberta has held multiple roles as a Portuguese interpreter and translator for various organizations since 2011, focusing on both public and private sectors. A prior Front Desk Receptionist at several hotels, Roberta has demonstrated expertise in guest services and hotel operations. Educational qualifications include a Professionsbachelor in Nutrition and Health from Professionshøjskolen Metropol and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
