Bobur Abdujalilov

Bobur Abdujalilov has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Bobur started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Best Trans Service, where they supervised customer service operations. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of an Information Technology Engineer at Business Communication Centre, where they provided technical support and participated in maintenance works on information systems.

In 2014, Bobur joined Universal Mobile Systems (UMS) as a Network Operations Center Engineer. Bobur managed operational critical success factors, audited customer-specific contracts, and monitored network infrastructure using monitoring software. After two years at UMS, they moved on to become a Business Analyst Intern at ThoughtWorks in 2019. Here, they developed project plans and facilitated effective team collaboration using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Most recently, in 2020, they joined DGtek PTY LTD as an ICT Engineering Technologist. In this role, they analyze and modifies engineering technologies, resolves and installs fiber optic systems, and conducts scheduled maintenance routines.

Bobur Abdujalilov completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Tashkent University of Information Technologies from 2010 to 2014. Bobur then pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Certificate in IT from CQUniversity from 2016 to 2017. Bobur continued their studies at CQUniversity and completed a Master of Information Systems degree, specializing in IS specialist and Business Analyst, from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Bobur also obtained several certifications, including IT Help Desk for Beginners and Putting ITIL® Into Practice: Applying ITIL® 4 Foundation Concepts from LinkedIn in May 2020, and Engineering Technologist Skills Assessment from Engineers Australia in December 2019.
