Smriti Yadav

Smriti Yadav has held various roles throughout their career. Smriti started in 2005 as a Sr. Officer at Aditya Birla Chemical India Limited and also worked at Aditya Birla Group in the same role. Smriti then moved on to The Minacs Group in 2010 as a Sr. Executive. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Dy Manager at Grasim Industries Limited | Pulp & Fibre. In 2019, they joined GHCL Limited as a Dy. Manager. Currently, they are working as a Section Head-Human Resources at DHAMPUR SUGAR MILLS LIMITED since 2021.

Smriti Yadav pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from AIIMSR from 1998 to 2001. Smriti'smajor in B.B.A. was Human Resource Management (HRM) and their minor was in Marketing. Following that, they enrolled at IMT Ghaziabad where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from 2001 to 2004. In this program, they specialized in both Human Resources and Marketing. Currently, in 2022, Smriti Yadav is pursuing an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.

Additionally, Smriti Yadav holds certifications in occupations unrelated to their field of study. Smriti obtained a FOOD SAFETY SUPERVISOR Certificate of Competence from Fssai, Food License Registration Services (THE INDIA DOCS) in April 2023. Smriti also holds an Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32r) certification from SHL, although the exact month and year of completion are not provided.
