Kanika Bhalla is a seasoned HR professional with over 9 years of experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and payroll processing. Currently serving as Chief Manager HR at Dhani since January 2021, Kanika also previously held the position of HR Manager at Indiabulls Real Estate from December 2014 to January 2021. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate degree in HR Management & Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completed in August 2022, as well as an Integrated MBA in International Business & HR from Amity University, obtained in April 2009.
