Tim Countryman

Tim Countryman has a diverse work experience in leadership roles. Tim started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Addison Group from 2007 to 2009. Tim then joined CareerBuilder, where they progressively advanced to the roles of Manager, Director, and eventually Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Services. During their tenure at CareerBuilder, Tim led global service delivery organizations, driving customer success and revenue growth. In 2018, they joined Trunk Club as the Head of Customer Operations, responsible for a large sales support and operations team. In 2019, they became the Head of Operations at PHMG, leading a post-sales implementation and engineering team. Currently, Tim is working at DHI Group, Inc. as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Services.

Tim Countryman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northern Illinois University, completing their education between 1996 and 2000.
