Mark Summerville

Mark Summerville is a seasoned professional in the title and golf instruction industries, currently serving as the Escrow Branch Manager at DHI since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Licensed Title Officer at KTitle Company and held various positions in golf instruction, including PGA Certified Instructor at Abacoa Golf Club, where Mark trained golfers of all ages using assessment tests to enhance their skills. Additional experience includes roles as a Branch Disclosure Specialist at CrossCountry Mortgage, Title Specialist II at Bluegreen Vacations, and significant positions in golf instruction at prestigious clubs such as Philadelphia Country Club and Jupiter Hills Club. Mark holds a B.S. in Management Science from UC San Diego, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
