Henrik Larsen

Henrik Larsen is a highly experienced water resource management specialist with over three decades in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resources Management Specialist at DHI Water & Environment since April 2015, Henrik leads consultancy projects focused on developing countries. Previously, from November 2011 to March 2015, Henrik operated as the Chief Technical Advisor for the Environment Programme at the Mekong River Commission Secretariat, overseeing technical quality, program management, and stakeholder coordination. Henrik's extensive experience with DHI Water & Environment from February 1988 to October 2011 includes heading the Water Policy department and conducting numerous projects across more than 40 countries. Henrik holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, obtained in 1988.
