Tomas Rotovnik

Tomas Rotovnik has extensive work experience in the field of HR and business management. Tomas has held various leadership roles in companies such as DHI, where they currently serve as the Head of Global HR Partnering. Prior to that, they were the Global EVP HR Business Partner / Director at DHI, responsible for HR in various global business units.

Before joining DHI, Tomas worked at NordiMED as a member of the Advisory Board, providing HR expertise to healthcare companies. Tomas also served as the Director of Global HRBP at Fiskars Group, overseeing HR operations for the CEC division and heading the HR Scandinavia team.

Earlier in their career, Tomas worked at Ørsted as a Lead / Global HR Business Partner, contributing to the company's vision of sustainable energy. Tomas has also held HR leadership roles at Telenor and DONG Energy. Prior to their HR roles, Tomas gained experience as a Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tomas Rotovnik obtained an MSc. HRM (Cand Merc) degree in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School from 1993 to 1996. Tomas also earned a BSc degree in HA-Jur from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1990 to 1993. In terms of certifications, Tomas has obtained various certifications such as Insights Navigator Team Effectiveness, OPQ (Verify, MQ, 360), Managing in a Matrixed Organization, Insights Discovery, Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme, DISC, Changesetter, and Stifinder / Pathfinder program.
